Rates shown are indicative and confirmed in writing when your application is approved.
Questions partners ask
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. There is no fee, no minimum audience size, and no commitment to post a certain amount.
- How do you know a booking came from me?
- Your link carries your partner code. When someone opens it we remember that for 30 days, so the booking is still credited to you even if they go away and come back later.
- What if I refer someone without using the link?
- Message us with their name before they book and we'll tag the booking to you manually. This is how most corporate and one-off referrals work.
- Do I have to give medical advice?
- Never, and please don't. Your job ends at the introduction — every clinical conversation is ours. You are referring people to a doctor, not acting as one.
- When do I get paid?
- Monthly, by the 15th of the following month, once your balance reaches RM 100. We'll confirm the exact payment details with you on approval.
- Can I promote this outside Malaysia?
- You can share it anywhere, but our consultations are delivered to patients in Malaysia, so that is where your referrals will convert.
