PDPA Notice
A plain summary of your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and how to use them.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Dr KG Official — operated by Korporatly Group Plt — collects and processes your personal data strictly to provide wellness services and maintain accurate records. Your data is kept secure and confidential, and is not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent unless Malaysian law requires it.

What we hold
Your name, IC or passport number, contact number and email address; the medical reports and health history you send us; and your booking and payment records.
Where it is stored
In cloud-based clinic management software provided by our technology partner, Plato Medical Pte Ltd, on secure servers located in Singapore. By accepting the Privacy Notice you consent to that cross-border storage under the data protection agreements in place.
How long we keep it
Seven (7) years from your last interaction with the service, the statutory retention period for medical records. After that it is permanently and securely deleted.
Your rights
- Access and correction. You may request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Withdraw consent. You may withdraw your consent to our processing at any time. Doing so ends our ability to provide report explanation services to you.
- Erasure. You may ask us to delete your account and files, subject to the legal and medical record-keeping obligations above.
How to exercise them
Email admin@korporatlygroup.com with your request and the name and phone number you booked under, so we can identify your records. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-5557 7099.
If there is a data breach
In the event of a security incident or unauthorised access affecting your information, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (JPDP) within the statutory 72-hour reporting window and alert you directly with appropriate safety recommendations.
Recording of sessions
Neither side may record a teleconsultation. Our practitioners and staff do not record audio or video, or take screenshots, at any point in a session — and patients, guardians and anyone accompanying them are equally prohibited from doing so. Unauthorised recording, broadcasting or distribution may result in legal action or termination of services.
