1. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP CREATED

The report explanation services provided through this platform are strictly for educational, informational, and wellness-optimization purposes. Your engagement with this service, including the uploading of lab results and the receipt of written or verbal summaries, does not establish a traditional doctor-patient relationship between you and the reviewing medical practitioner under Malaysian law.

2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT

No Diagnosis: The review and explanation of your reports do not constitute a formal medical diagnosis, clinical prognosis, or treatment plan.

No Prescriptions: This service does not offer medical prescriptions, specialist referral letters, or formal Medical Certificates (MCs).

Seek In-Person Care: You must not rely on the information provided on this platform as an alternative to medical advice from your regular physician or other professional healthcare providers. Always consult an in-person medical practitioner or visit a physical clinic/hospital for any medical conditions, symptoms, or treatment changes.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS

You are entirely responsible for how you choose to use the insights gained from our report explanations. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of something you have read or received through our tele wellness service.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While the reviewing practitioner is a registered doctor holding a valid Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration and Annual Practising Certificate (APC), this platform operates strictly as a wellness education interface. To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, Dr KG Official c/o Korporatly Group Plt and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any misinterpretation, personal health outcomes, or actions you take or omit to take based on the educational insights provided.

5. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

This platform does not handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, acute pain, or believe you have a medical emergency, you must immediately call 999 or proceed directly to the nearest hospital Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.

6. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

By purchasing a session, you agree that all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted a maximum of one (1) time, provided a minimum of 24 hours' written notice is given via email or WhatsApp. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or failing to attend your virtual session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will result in immediate forfeiture of the session and booking fees without a refund.
